Thanks for reading. For me it is a negative feedback loop in a way. When I don’t achieve goals I tend to quickly tell myself how I screwed up etc. I can read all the good advice I want about “just because you failed it doesn’t make you a failure” at this point in my life it’s still hard to not have the critical voices scream the opposite. So when focus only on habits / systems / processes I know it’s easier to stay centered. I can quickly adjust when I realize I try to do too much and I can quickly get back on track if I have a “slip up”
