Thank you for reading, Augustin :). Generally when you increase intensity you should decrease volume. How much depends on your body, training history etc. If you meant general training intensity: make sure to pay attention to overall lifestyle, diet and recovery. I have made the mistake of neglecting recovery and I had to cut back on training volume because of it.
