So true! Before virus the CEO of the company I used to work with was totally against remote. Even for his customer support team where we literally tracked everything (!) and it was easy to see who worked and who didn't....then we all had to move to home office. 5 days/week b/c we simply didn't have an office anymore (we downsized the company by 80%). Guess what...everyone busted their a*** to keep the company alive and many worked overtime ...
