same here :) I love how lifting can get me in such a meditative state because I have to focus 100% (unlike in running where I can let my mind wander when I get tired). BTW: Huberman seems to be a fan of Mentzer's routine. I listened to a podcast where he had Andy Galpin on and from what I have gathered Huberman seems to train pretty much according to the heavy duty protocol.
