Nice perspective on the macro vs micro viewpoint. But I believe there's much more nuance to being "likeable" than the two traits you described. E.g someone who has achieved a lot and is humble but so shy they are socially extremely awkward. Highly unlikely they are super likeable on the macro (speaking from experience)
