Nice article :) Personally I don't use Strava and never have. I do have a running journal though and I love it :). It is so cool to look through it just before a race and remember the ups and downs in training and see how much work you put in, how you progressed, how you challenged yourself. How you felt during each run, little things about nature you noticed. It's the best part of the run to come home, reflect and enjoy that you have the privilege to get out and enjoy nature in this way.
