Nice article and great simple tips for every day living. Walking is such an underrated form of exercise! I used to walk much more when I was living in a small town. Now I live in a big city and 5 minutes away from the subway and bus station. It took a bit of effort to get into a walking habit again but I feel so much happier when I walk. It is great for relaxing your mind too :)
