Love this article. Your writing style is so engaging and you're hilarious :). I find it weird that so many people self-diagnose and then take that as fact. Don't know if that's more the younger folks (gosh I'm 38, certainly not old LOL but I have the feeling that all these TikTok vids etc where pple point out "5 signs you have ADHD" are shot by teens or 20 somethings.
