Love this approach. I have found that I get increasingly anxious if I can't stick to a predetermined routine that is too strict. I now just plan my days more losely by picking the biggest task to work on and plan my week according to "tasks" (article writing, filming videos for social media, Tweet writing etc.) and the build around it. I love the idea of the alarm...reminds me of school days when you write a test and the alarm goes off you try to cram in as much as you still possibly can 😁. I will try this one. Thanks for this :)
