I found some of this "optimization" stuff interesting and some useful. I use very little of it..never did. I rather spend more of my time being present with what is instead of tracking everything. Because, why? I have yet to see the usefulness of trying to "optimize" things we don't even have 100% certainty what "optimal" is like (sleep, diet etc. ... ).
