I love your articles on vlc diet, joint pain and arthritis healing etc.. However, did you ever investigate if your thoughts about running and joint pain may be not accurate? I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis during my 20s. "Running isn't for everyone" I was told...I ran a lot...However, switching to a ZC diet eliminated all of my knee pain. I assume from your posts over at newsbreak you follow a similar diet now. I may be biases but I just loved running too much to not research it's effects on joints etc and have come to the conclusion that lots of false myths are spread just like myths are spread about what constitutes a "healthy" diet.
