Great article. Just what I needed now that I am contemplating quitting coffee again...
I remember how much my sleep improved (and after the withdrawal period) my mood too. It's funny because I like to tell myself that caffeine doesn't affect my sleep, since I have no problems whatsoever falling asleep even if I drink coffee late in the day. But I wake up more often during the night and my sleep isn't as deep and restful as it is without coffee.
