Great article! I too healed my digestive system following a zero fiber (all-meat) diet. Back in 2010 when it wasn't as trendy as it is today. I still like to eat like that most of the time, but add honey and sometimes fruit too. I find I can digest it way better now than back then. Maybe once your gut is healed one can re-introduce some foods. It gave me a boost in running performance / recovery. Majority of my diet is animal based though. The benefits have been incredible. No doc could help me. I would always look pregnant. Brain fog. Tired etc. Best decision for my health ever.
