Great article. I think that's why many people become so frustrated with exercise (when it should be fun): so many influencers / fitness people telling them what exercise "is best" to achieve "such and such outcome". Just with nutrition I think everything needs to be individualized. And most often life circumstances, (injury) histories and what the person actually likes doing are neglected. However I have come to think now these are the most important parts of the puzzle for the majority of people, who want to exercise for general health / fitness and don't want to be world-class athletes.
