Great article. I was never successful implementing any of these routines. I have a fairly consistent morning routine, but that is only "get coffee", "wake up checking mails or write" and "run" then I continue my workday. I hate long breaks but I don't follow a specific timed interval for work. Instead I get out the house or stretch or send my girlfriend a text message when I am starting to get tired / lose focus.
