And let's not forget the fact that when you eat well & nourish your body you feel more vital and have more energy to be active. For me it's always been a positive feedback loop of sorts. When I exercise I want to eat healthy because I want to nourish my body well and when I eat healthy I feel better mentally and physically which makes me more motivated to go outside and play :)
