Agree. I can eat 2 broccoli's and more in one sitting and still feel like I want to eat more...I will have 200g of cheese with nothing and feel full for many, many hours. I don't need fiber at all to feel satiated. "Full", as in bloated sure, but satisfied and not wanting food? No!
